Members

The Domestic Quarantine and Market Access Working Group comprises:

  • the senior plant health regulators from the state and territory government departments of agriculture or primary industries
  • the representatives from the Australian Government Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (Biosecurity Australia, AQIS and the Office of the Chief Plant Protection Officer), and
  • a representative from Plant Health Australia (observer status).

Plant industry participation

As this is an intergovernmental working group Australia's plant industries do not have direct representation. However, they are represented by Plant Health Australia, Australia's government-plant industry liaison group.
