What happens once I've raised an issue?

A brief description of what happens once an issue is raised with the Domestic Quarantine and Market Access Working Group is provided below.

  1. If you have not already done so you will be asked for any resolutions to the issue that your industry may wish to propose.
  2. Your local member will evaluate the most appropriate way to finalise your issue which may include adding it to the agenda for the next meeting or teleconference. You can check the meeting schedule to find out when the next meeting is to be held.
  3. Your local member may ask you to prepare an agenda paper for the meeting and if required, to participate at the meeting. Contact your local member or the working group's Secretariat for advice on how to prepare an agenda paper and for meeting details.
