Mr Milne was appointed Company Secretary and Manager Business and Corporate Services in March 2006. Michael was previously the Financial Controller for the Security Network Group Ltd and Westoil Petroleum Pty Ltd as well as Company Secretary for ANZCO Australia Pty Ltd. Mr Milne has been a Chartered Accountant since 1991.
